How to flag a problem
Use the editorial contact channel to identify the article, the disputed passage, and supporting evidence. The monitored address will be added before launch; submissions are not enabled on staging.
How corrections will appear
A material factual correction will include a dated note explaining the original error and the corrected information. A new development will be identified as an update. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note when meaning is unchanged.
Review process
Review the underlying evidence, seek relevant clarification, correct substantiated errors, and preserve a record of the decision. Criticism alone does not establish an error; evidence does.
